rental prices

The weekly rental
costs vary depending on the type of apartment taking into
account the required period and the number of the guests,
therefore the prices will be communicated following your
specific request by e-mail or telephone.

For periods longer
than two weeks, we will be able to offer more favorable prices.

Off-season or during
winter months will apply flat rates for heating.
Be noticed that short-stay tourist tax is not included in the
rental prices.
Services

Car- Parking,
Beach-place, sunshade, deckchair and sunbed are all included.

Final cleaning,
electricity, water and gas are all included .

Additional cost for
bedsheets : € 35 pro week .

Air Conditioned at
request (only for Apt. #C and #D): € 100 pro week.
Rules

Prices are subject to change.

Payments must be made at the arrival and a caution-money of
€ 250 will be required.

A week comprises of Saturday at
16.00 hrs to Saturday at 10.00 hrs. Specific accords
excepted, the arrivals are anticipated for the hours 16.00 and the apartments must be left free within the hours 10.00.

Final cleaning excludes cooking area,
pots, pans and cutlery which are responsability of the client : if above items are not left
clean, there will be an additional charge of € 30.
